Online Learning Reception Rabbits

Hello Parents and Carers

Our topic this half term is ‘Wiggle, Run, Fly and Stomp’ and we will be looking at different animals, their young and where they live.

In maths we will be looking at numbers to 10, comparing groups and combining groups.

I hope you are finding the videos easy to use.  If you have any questions please get in touch via email: jbrookes@willimarhodes.derbyshire.sch.uk and remember you can share any work with me on my school email address.  I will see you on TEAMS this week at 1.30pm.  Check your email for the invitation link.

Thank you.

Mrs Brookes

Fabulous work Rabbits!

You have made a great start to home learning.  It is lovely to see your work and for you to tell me what you have been doing.  Please keep it coming!  Remember, be bold, be brave and have a go!

Week starting 18.01.21

Dear Parents

Hope you have all had a nice weekend and thank you for all your photographs and lovely comments.  This week we will be reading Commotion in the Ocean.  We will meet lots of underwater creatures and see some of the things they get up to.  After watching and listening to the story, it would be great if you could discuss with your child which part they enjoyed and if there were any parts they didn't.

I will see you on Teams this week at 1.30pm and they will now run for 30 minutes at the most.  This is to check in, say hello and tell me how things are going. smiley

Thanks.
