Phonics (30 pupils – each pupil represents 3%)
59% of Y1 pupils passed their phonics screening check compared to 82% nationally in 2018.
By the end of Key Stage 1 (Y2) 80% of the pupils had passed their phonics screening check compared with 92% nationally in 2018.
